    Drive and rpm?


    How much can i exspect to gain from taking drive and rpm for 2 months? anyone have any results

    You can read through my first two logs, where I used these for the first time:
    * Competition Preparation with Applied Nutriceuticals (Part I)
    * Rosie's Training stacked with Drive/RPM and IGF-2/NeoVar (Part II)

    Otherwise, look around for logs for others' results; there are plenty out there.

    As far as what you could expect, this is going to be very dependent upon the individual and many other factors including nutrition, training, life, etc.

    can some one please tell me the dosage i should take and whne i should take drive and rpm im 190-195 lbs ?

    It's on the PRODUCT LABEL, as well as on the website, etc.

    For you:

    Resistance Training Days
    Dose - 2-3 caps 60-80 minutes pre-resistance training (I would start with 2 caps to assess tolerance, and then go to 3 caps if ok)

    Non-Resistance Training Days
    Dose - 1-2 caps once daily (most often dosed first thing in the morning, but whenever you like, really; and this is OPTIONAL).
