HGHUp dosing - weight dependent?

    HGHUp dosing - weight dependent?


    I'm going to start HGHUp tonight and I'm wondering if the dosing is weight dependent (I recall seeing something in someone's log about how they were recommended at least 6 a day for their weight range). I'm ~203 right now, so should I bump it up to 6 a day or even higher, or would 5 be fine?

    No, dosing for this product is NOT weight dependent and you definitely do NOT need to use more than 6 caps daily maximum. Dose at 5 caps daily.

    is it enough to take it only "pre-bed"? arenīt you suposed to take it 2 times a day?

    no it is not needed to take twice a day. 1 dose of all 5 pre-bed is fine.

    You can dose once pre-bed or split it into two doses to allow for one pre-training and pre-bed.

    The quality of sleep is great, I've taken nothing that can compare. It is the getting to sleep that is my problem (always has been).
