I am nearly there with all the supps for my The One cycle but I have 2 questions
1: I was planning to run The One for the 5 weeks because, although lower doses will be used, I assume logically (and since many PHs take a lil time to kick in) it permits longer time to facilitiate muscle growth.
If this idea is correct, what kind of dosing would you recommend?
2: In another thread, it was said that when on PHs it is recommended to increase cals by 500-1000/day. However, during PCT and especially after, will these extra calories be stored into fat? I ask because there will be no PH in your system anymore and so all those perks of being able to train harder, put on more muscle etc.. will be lost.
NB: The one - on an empty stomach or with food?
