    RPM questions


    -Does rpm have to be cycled? lets day 2mth on 1 off?
    -Does it have to be taken every day to get the continues effect or is useing it 5 days wk only on training days good?
    -Can my brother use it? he is 17

    -I am about to start ptc from 1-t tren. Will it help estro rebound? is it good to add to ptc

    You can use RPM without cycling. However, as with most preworkout/stimulant products, it is recommended to use for 8-12 weeks before taking 2-4 weeks off.

    You can use RPM on my on training days. However, if you do cardio or need energy on non-gym days, then it's recommended to use HALF the dosage first thing in the mornign (or 60-80 min pre-required) on non-resistance training days.

    I would not recommend ANY supplement aside from the basic staples (creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein powder, and BCAAs) for anyone younger than 18 years old (and they can get enough good fats, protein, and BCAAs from FOOD at that age as well). Build up a solid training base and get the basics right BEFORE looking at other products.

    RPM does not affect estrogen or estrogen rebound. It is a good product to add to PCT, yes, though.

    Extract from the Technical Write-Up:
    Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) are essential components of RPM. OPCs have been shown in numerous studies to have the ability to block the conversion of androgens to estrogens (a process known as aromatizing). OPCs are a refined derivative of grape seed extract and exhibit qualities comparable to several widely marketed pharmaceutical aromatase inhibitors (i.e. Arimidex®). Compounds exhibiting aromatase inhibiting characteristics have been shown to reduce SHBG (steroid hormone binding globulin) as well. This is important because this allows for a dramatic increase in free testosterone, which promotes longer, harder more intense workouts, rapid strength increases, greater protein synthesis, quicker recovery, and increased lipolysis (fat burning). This, coupled with the androgen-mimicking qualities of icariin, gives the product a unique “hardness” enhancing quality unlike anything else available.

    this will aid in stopping gyno from from happening after a cycle is stopped? or no

    thx just want to clarify i have read the articles

    If there is no aromatization then there is less likely to be no gyno, correct. It would also depend on WHAT hormonal you used and how that works in the body as well. However, I would not rely solely on RPM for this in PCT. You should have a SPECIFIC testosterone booster (RPM, although a testosterone booster, is more of a preworkout product) as well.

    q for rpm staff.

    i took my 1st dose today at 3 caps. i am 175 lbs and not really a heavy caffeine guy.

    my heart ponded for hours and felt a pain in my heart area for some time i would assume from the stims. Should try 1 cap? How much caffeine is in each cap.

    if your not a stim guy adjust your dosing. rpm isnt a big time caff heavy stim. I take 3 caps and I am 225. ive seen guys my size take 5 caps

    seen guys your size take 2 or so

    Yeah, start at 1 cap and then work your way up to 2 and then maybe 3 caps. You should always start at half-dosage for a few days to assess your tolerance to a product, especially if you're not used to products that contain stimulants.

    There is the caffeine equivalent of ~1 cup of coffee in each cap of RPM.

    im 150 lbs just took 5. dosages vary i got pretty high tolerance for stims. Rosie, will RPM's AI properties provide a harder/leaner look?

    5 caps for 150lb is not necessary (although if you have a high stim tolerance should be ok). Whatever the case you shouldn't get stimulant-like effects from RPM. I know that I do not and I dose up to 6 caps (and I am only 107lb!) with no problems.

    Caffeine is the only "stimulant" in RPM. And yes, APPROXIMATELY one cup of coffee is the amount of caffeine per cap.

    Its always wise to start low to assess tolerance. To often a time all us guys let our egos get in the way of logical thinking and take too much for our own good. Sh*t happens bud. Just chalk it up as that and go about your business. Hope you enjoy RPM from here on out.

    I found that, if I take RPM every day, it diminishes its effect on me. So, I use it only on the days that I work out and not every time. Only when a boost is needed. Works like a champ that way! Maybe it's just me.

    Everyone will experience different effects using RPM. Some, like yourself, like it better only on resistance training days. Others, like me, can use it every day at full dosage and not have any diminishing effects.

    i am experiencing some slight nausea or dizziness (best way I can describe it)on 3-4 caps of RPM. 2 caps doesn't seem to do anything for me. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether i am on an empty stomach or not when I experience those symptoms. I do take it on an empty as recommended. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this and if there is something causing it or something I can do to eliminate the sensations.

    I would recommend using 3 caps instead of 4. Perhaps use only 2 caps some days and 3 caps others, since just because you "feel" nothing doesn't mean that it's not working for you.

    Interesting. 2 caps may not do much for you since you are 197lb.

    Personally I never experience any of the things you have mentioned, and I use up to 6 caps!

    Make sure that you are drinking enough.

    Yes, RPM can be used alongside another preworkout product.

    No, it will not show up on an NCAA drug test, since RPM is NOT a hormonal product and 'safe' for athletes to use.

    I am a third of the way into an RPM Big Block (its the second time I've used RPM but it surprises me at how good it is every time!!) and my wife has told me we are gonna start trying for our second baby......any reason to STOP dosing RPM whilst trying to conceive??

    I know the stock response will be to stop but I would value some opinions on it.....

    I want to stack rpm and neovar and was considering taking rpm 1 hour preworkout, followed by neovar with some whey and waxy maize 30 minutes later or will that affect rpm's uptake. If so, how would you recommend taking each of them? (mind you im only talking about preworkout)

    Question: Is is OK to use RPM as a work-out stimulant on the same days as well as using Slim X-treme, 1 cap per day as an energy booster/appetite suppressant.

    I see no problems with it; I have used RPM whilst taking strong stimulants without any issues. However, it would depend on the individual and their stimulant tolerance.

    i am for sure going to stack rpm with neovar. but what would be the benefits of throwing drive in there as well? and will it really make a difference with my test levels being so high since im 18

    Adding in Drive would help with your endurance, speed endurance, recovery, mood, etc.

    However, at 18 years you don't need anything but the basic staples; just make sure that you get your nutrition and training right.

    I dosed 1 slim xtreme & 2RPM. Workout was awesome. 45 minutes cardio uphill treadmill & chest with dumbells. Strenght & drive was best in a long time.
