Starting Weight: 170
Training: German Volume Training style with 5 day split. 2-3 cardio session aweek not including some occasional basketball pickup games.
Universal Animal Pak, Intra-aid
ON Fish Oil, Bcaa, Glutamine, Procomplex gainer, Casein, 100% Whey
Himalayas Liver support
PP's CLA, Greentea pills, Creatine, Dermatherm
AN's Biomend, Neovar
PCT: 2nd gear, Drive, IGF-2
Goal: Gain 10lbs or more of LBM. Bulking. also..always had a lack of chest development, so ill be trying to get a bigger chest!
Diet: Extremely Clean Diet (I dont crave junk food) consisting of only lean beef, chicken breast, eggs, tuna, brown rice, black beans, oatmeal, spinach, olive oil, banana and apples, cottage cheese, protein powders, string cheese, natty pb, mixed nuts, skim milk. and 1+ gallon of water each day. (im a health freak)

took 2pills first thing in the morning at 6am with a protein shake and had a little buzz but nothing crazy. Had breakfast and midmorning snack. 1pill 30min before training at 12.
Training: Chest (plyo pushups, incline bench, flat bench, weighted dips, dips, flyes 5sets of 8-10)
I had a really good pump today. I havent had a pump on my chest in a while. felt really good and strong throughout so endurance was good.
Side effects: Non whatsoever yet except for the long lasting pump =] other than that its too soon to tell.

Popped 2 pills first thing in the morning at 6am with a whey+milk.
showered and after applied 2 pumps of PP's dermatherm
I had breakfast at 7am: 2 whole eggs, 4 eggwhites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup brownrice mixed with black beans. animalpak, fish oils, cla, greentea, liver support, Vitamin C.
midmorning snack: 1scoop whey, banana, 1 1/2cup of skim milk
preworkout meal: 1 scoop of whey
preworkout supp 30min before: 2scoop of Jacked, 1 the 3rd pill of the One
during workout: intraid with water
Postworkout: 1 scoop of Procomplex gainer, bcaa, glutamine, 3caps of Neovar
Workout: Back/ Biceps/ Abs
4sets of wide grip pullups to failure
10 sets of 5-10reps barbell rows with 135lbs
widegrip lat pulldowns 5sets of 5-10reps with 165lbs
deadlifts with squeze up top: 5 sets of 5-10reps of 225lbs
pullovers 3 sets of 10reps 50lbs
Hammer curls: 5sets of 5-10reps of 40lbs
barbell curls: 5 sets of 5-10reps 70lbs
leg lifts: 3 sets of 20 with 15lbs
macine crunches: 3 sets of 20 with 95lbs
Mood: very focused in the gym, not to aggresive but enough to push it
Strength: still feels the same but its only the second day
Libido: this is where it shines! =] im horny has heck! haha too much detail but i had a wood all night last night.. wierd but i like it!
Sleep: I had bed sweats but then again its warm here in southern Cali at night, but slept decent
physical appearance: pump is up and my whole upper body looks and feels bigger! could just be in my head.. (2nd day only) my balls are still there so im good!
sidenotes: everything is going great! the only thing i can complain about is the bedsweats at night oo and sweating like no other in the gym! but so far so good!

same morning routine.
Squats 10,10,10,10, 10, 8,8,8,6,5 of 235lbs
StraightLeg Deadlifts: 10,10, 6 of 185lbs
Leg Extentions: 10,10,10 of 165lbs
Lying Leg Extentions: 10, 8, 6 of 95lbs
Seated Calve Raises: 50reps of 1 plate
Mood: again, felt very focused in the gym but wasnt as lasting as yesterday.
Strength: felt like endurance was consistent. overall strength feels the same.
Libido: feels back to normal with a occasional chubs..
Sleep: Ive been having trouble falling asleep but bedsweat has stopped. any ideas why? once i fall asleep, its deep sleep from there.
Physical Appearance: I definitely look larger and fuller all around! Also looking leaner at the same time as well!
Sidenotes: Sweating more profusely, especially in the gym. My body feels warm all day long. thermogenic effects? Today was the first day i felt a little lethargic in the morning but was fixed after taking some jacked. No known side effects
Weights: 172.5lbs +2.5lbs

Dips with 35lbs 3x10
Behind Neck Barbell Press 3x6 of 95lbs
Upright Rows close and wide grip 10,8,8,8 of 95lbs

Weighted Leg lifts 3x20 with 15lbs
Machine Ab crunch 3x20 of 95lbs
Mood: had a couple anger flare ups that i kept to myself. Aggression is definitely up! good and bad
Strength: I faded pretty badly with the db presses. I have a nagging left shoulder that made my day worse.
Libido: sky high! Im definitely happy with it! its definitely on the high side
Physical Appearance: I am leaning out quite a bit. a lotta striations ony my outer shoulders and mid section
Sidenotes: slept like a baby but im feeling lethargic after my first dose in the morning, but other than that, everythings fine!
Weight: 173lbs +.5lbs

Mood: very focused today and was getting annoyed of some dude trying to talk to me... he wouldnt shutup even when he noticed i was squeezing out the last reps, he wanted to carry out a full convo... man! haha
Strength: endurance seemed good today, didnt fade too bad with decent weight
Libido: high again!
Physical Appereance: leaning out and i havent done cardio once this week.. I tried walking uphill on treadmill but had some knarly calve pumps. any idea?
Sidenotes: everythings the same with no negative sideeffects.. the only thing i can think of is im getting some pretty bad calf and lower back pumps.. i love running but its making it difficult to do that because my calves pump up within a few minutes. should i still try to run?
weight: 175lbs +2lbs that cant be right can it? thats a huge jump! i weigh myself first thing in the morning! i was shocked! ate the normal stuff the night before too..

Taurine and tons of water are the best bets to reduce the back pumps. Also make sure that you are taking 9+ grams of fish oil.

o ya and thats another thing, my joints are a bit more sore.. im only at 4grams aday for fish oil... will try to bump it up! Thanks

Joints will be sore because they're not caught up to your strength progress and therefore will be stressed from the extra weight being lifted. If it becomes too bad think about adding in a joint product (OsteoSport would be my recommendation; it covers ALL your joint/tendon/ligament/bone bases).

Took all 3 pills in the morning before bf because of a day trip to the beach
had a bigger breakfast. 5 eggwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 96%lean beef patty, 1 cup brownrice, 1 cup oatmeal.
went to the beach all day for july 4th celebration... snacked on mixed nuts all day... didnt wanna eat junk food while there.. and had Subway footlong roasted chickenbreast on honey oat bread, no cheese, and all veggies with honey mustard. Dinner was a huge steak with brown rice and spinach and black beans
Weighted Dips 10,10,10,10,10,8,8,8,6,6 with 35lbs
Rope pulldown 10,8,6 135lbs
Shrugs 3 sets of continuous shrugs for 30sec with 70lbs DB
Behind Back Shrugs 3 sets of 10 with 185lbs
Weighted Leg lifts with 20lbs
Weighted Ball Twists 4x10 eachside 10lbs
So far everything feels the same, but aggression is still on the rise!

played basketball games at the gym for an hour. great endurance but calves were pumped the entire time! sweated A LOT!

Barbell bench: 10x10 started at 185 slowly dropped
Incline DB bench: 10x5 70lbs
Weighted dips: 10x10 with 25lbs
Cable Flyes:10x8-10 with 45lbs
Mood: still the same. pretty intense during workout but fine throughout the day
Strength: today i tried going alil lighter with weights to get 10 reps of everything. so not much to say here
Libido: plateaued at a good level. still feeling "ON" throughout the day
Physical appearance: this is where i think its shining. Ive leaned out a lot so far with cardio twice a week. looking larger as well! stoked!!!
Side notes: the calf pumps are very noticeable but other than that, its going great!
Weight: 176lbs +1lbs

Single Arm DB rows: 80lbs 10x10
Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 8-10 of 150lbs
Weighted Leg Lifts: 20lbs 3x20
Medicine ball twists:3x10
Bridge to side plank 3mins
Mood: feeling the aggression. I get flare ups throughout the day and felt miserable some times..
Strength: I could say its up because of endurance felt good.
Libido: It has plateaued at a good level. everythings controllable.
Physical Appearance: leaning out
Sidenotes: extreme sweating. Most ive ever sweated at the gym today!
other than that, everything feels great!

I hope you get your goal with a bigger chest.
BTW, do you take measurement of your blood pressure? It would be nice to see the effect on BP at least once a week reading, compared to your baseline value before commencing the cycle.

Same morning routine.
Training: : Legs
Lunges with 185lbs 10,10,10,10,10,8,10,10,10,6
StraightLeg Deadlift with 135lbs 10,10,10
Leg Extentions with 135lbs 15,12,10,15
Leg Curls with 95lbs 8,8,6,6
Mood: I felt really focused today, especially when i hate lunges, i felt determined to kill it.
Strength: I felt as if i had good endurance when doing lunges. I was able to maintain the same weight although i had to push it like crazy to get 10 everytime.
Libido: It feels like its back to where i started which isnt bad but i miss the feeling from the beginning of the cycle. (hopefully it will flucuate back up! =D )
Physical Appearance: maintaining leanness, holding less water
Sidenote: Crap i have never killed my legs so bad. i could barely walk out of the gym. legs were dead sore all day. Soreness kicked in immediately! Continue to sweat like crazy in the gym!

Mood: strong aggressive mood
Strength: Endurance was really good on the presses. 65lbs felt really light but for 10 sets i knew i would fade
Libido: Same as yesterday
Physical Appearance: continue to hold less water
Sidenote: even without taking Jacked, i still felt aggressive. Didnt sweat as much today. But my legs are in so much pain from yesterday! OMG i struggled to get outta bed. Good leg day yesterday!
Weight: 178lbs +1 i am astonished with the weight going up! Im leaning out so im pretty sure its all lbm too! im stoked!

Behind Neck Press on Smith Machine: 5x5 105lbs
Single Laterals 5x10 with 20lbs
Upright Rows 5x5 with 100lbs
Bar Pushdowns 5x5 with 90lbs
Things to note: Holy Cow the mood in the gym was insane today! I was so focused and ready to hit the weights. The biggest note of the cycle so far was the jump in strength! 100lbs DB felt light! I can say with confidence that my strength is UP!
Sweated a lot again today. Felt good all around.
