You have to remember, a lot of supplements suggest you are a healthy adult taking the product & to avoid medications or to check with your physician. I'm just going by what the labels say.

Grapefruit extract can have a million drug interactions depending on what compounds are extracted. So if you are using any prescription medication that warns against consumption of grapefruit juice (they must do so by law on the label), then do not take Bulk Up.
