    Counting calories on RecoverPro

    4:1:1 equaling 6 grams . 6 times 4=24 grams protein?

so does one scoop Recoverpro equal 24 grams protein?

I ask because I count all my calories and want to be exact.

    In for this.

I've seen multiple arguments both ways and have yet to be convinced one way or the other

I don't understand - why would 6 grams of BCAA's equal 24 grams of protein. Why are you multiplying by 4?

I do not know. For some reason and I have no idea, why have been assuming one scoop of RecoverPro equals 25 grams protein, maybe because a protein powder serving does.

do you know if one scoop needs to be counted as 6 grams protein?

    6 g of bcaas, is 6g protein.

therefor 24 calories, your having about 100 calories worth a day, negligable, but if your dieting count it toward protein intake.
