Q. What exactly is Perform?
A. Perform is an all in one, sexual health supplement; improving on your sexual relationships from a lot of different directions.

Q. Who would benefit from taking Perform?
A. Anyone looking to take it to the next level in the bedroom. This isn’t only for people who have low libido, this is for everyone.

Q. How should I dose Perform?
A. On normal days, your dose is 2 pills in the AM and 2 more pills in the PM. This will provide significant benefits. On ``special`` days, take 4 pills 30 minutes prior to any sexual activity you may have. This will provide immediate and strong benefits.
If one felt inclined, one could take one of the doses 30-45 minutes before a workout. Some ingredients will provide some nice positive aggression and an enhanced pump feeling in the gym.

Q. Does this mean both men and women can take this?
A. Yes it does. For women, we suggest starting at a lower dose and working your way up from there.

Q. How long will one bottle last?
A. At 4 pills per day (either dosing scheme), it will last 30 days.

Q. How long can I use it for?
A. Long term (4-8 weeks is fine), we can see some users going even longer than that, especially those who decide not to use it every day, and only on an ``as needed`` basis. After a 4 week break, you can resume using it.

Q. Will this lose effectiveness after consecutive doses?
A. There is no reason to think so, but to make sure, this is why we suggest a 4 week break every few months.

Q. Do I take it with or without food?
A. Either way. Doesn’t affect it.

Q. If I wanted to use other supplements with this, would that be ok?
A. Yes it would. Below I will list some types of products this would stack well with.
1) Testosterone boosters, i.e. TestoPRO, or STOKED. Stacking this with a testosterone booster will result in increased levels of testosterone (boosting libido), as well as the libido boosting benefits you get from Perform. It’s a double whammy, if you will.
2) Preworkout supplements, i.e. Maniac, and in some cases, Motivate TM. As mentioned before, there are some ingredients that will cause a nice effect preworkout. Stacking this with a preworkout containing other ingredients that will induce a pump, and energy, will have some nice synergy providing great workouts.
3) Energy products, i.e. Motivate. Stacking this with an energy product preworkout would be a fantastic idea, like mentioned above. Also, if you are looking for an energized, positive aggression, I can do anything type of feeling – stacking Perform with Motivate is something you should consider, and this can be accomplished any time of the day, no need to confine your positive mood and feel to preworkout.

Q. Can I consume this if I have ANY medical condition?
A. Always consult a physician before starting any diet/exercise/supplementation routine.

I am not a doctor but I would HIGHLY suggest that it not be taken with Cialis.

Like I said I am no doctor but there could be medical reasons why it would not be wise and the 2nd thing is why would you need to mix the 2?

I would suggest you ask the doctor who gives you the cialis if you can mix the 2 of them. I can't in good faith tell you to do it when I have serious doubts as to if it is medically safe.

It will not stop shutdown but can help with libido.
