    I ordered Monday, have my 20lbs of whey by Friday.

  7. UPS problem they said it was delivered but i got nothing. That was a week or 2 ago.

  9. UPS said it was delivered with tracking on their site and left on my porch. Not a real good idea. I don't get home till after 6pm and there was nothing there when I got home. So a tracer was sent on it, whatever that means. Still no word and My visa bill is do with that payment on it today.

    I don't wanna pay it since I don't know whats going to happen. So should I call visa and tell them. I emailed ATW lastnight and havn't heard anything I'll have to give them a call I guess.

    dude, work it out with the retailer before you dispute the charge. you could always dispute it later if absolutely necessary.

  12. I am sorry that you are going through this experience. The only thing we can do from here is give all the information to UPS as they do the investigation. It does happen that UPS determines that the item was stolen and reimburses the value of the stolen item. That is why they call us to ask about the value of the package during the investigation. I got word yesterday that UPS started their trace yesterday and we gave them all the info.

    PS - I didn't see an e-mail from you? Did you send it to our customer service e-mail? It is better to call our toll free number: 1-800-866-1970.

    Been emailed by Greg. I paid the visa bill he said the claim will be honoured once it's processed. I hope this all works out.

    I am sure it will.....I dealt with a similar UPS debacle last month...it all worked out fine....it was just a pain in the ass and took time.

    Its an issue between you, UPS and ATW so please deal with this in a private manner. THIs isn't a forum to hash out every detail and transaction of a package that was stolen or missing.
