Sorta slow this time...

Man I dunno whats up with you guys. Last time I ordered, I had the box at my door a week or less than a week after I sent an email.

Now, it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten an invoice or anything.

yeah its wierd, i got a package delivered at freakin 8pm tonight, that has never happened before. those drivers must be PISSED that they are out on the route till past 8.

It was.. had one of the local drivers come by one night at 9:30 during Christmas... she was glad to get that shift over...

Wow....thats a surpise during the holidays!!!!

Gumber this isn't a dig at you. Its just in reference to a former member placing all the blame on the company and stating the mail/shipping companies are running "normal".

A special note to customers that have experienced shipping delays in the past three weeks. I actually went to the plant today and saw with my own eyes the reason for the delay. Our offices, located in suburban Philadelphia, had a roof collapse due to heavy snow and rains and this literally crippled us! Besides equipment damage, there was extensive water damage due to flooding over a weekend. The good news is that we are back up and running, albeit slowly and expect to have all outstanding shipping requests handled within the next 14 days. It is our hope at that time to return to our 24 hour shipping policy.

We know that one of the reasons that you select us is that we can ship so quickly and we appreciate your patience as we catch up and I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced any difficulty, personally, so that I may make it up to you.

that's too bad Laura, sorry to hear. about UPS taking forever, yeah, a guy i work with-his dad is a driver for UPS, and he got home the other night at 11:15PM!!!

anyway, one thing i'd like to have changed about ATW is the confirmation emails/tracking info or in this case, lack there of!! sometimes i wonder if you guys even get my order. and Laura, i know you mentioned something before about the comments section, it really IS needed. just my 2 cents.

Your two cents are very correct and this has also been corrected.....I told them that the auto email was too stiff and we needed to PERSONALIZE it more. Their response? To remove it completely!!!! It has since returned and I am editing it to make it nicer.....thanks for all.

Making $42 an hour I am thinking the 'poor' guy wasn't too pissed.

BTW avg hourly rate for a long term driver at UPS is 28 so time and a half

My guy makes over 70K a year AND he gets to wear those cool looking brown shorts.

Could we get an update on what the current turn around time is? It's been over a week and I only live an hour from the factory. Usually it only takes a day or two from the time I order to get here.

and this whole business about not sending confirmation emails and tracking numbers needs to be fixed. i don't like asking when it's being sent and only getting a response that says, yeah, it's been shipped. i want a tracking number for my orders.
