hello ageforce blogger,
I decided to give the AgeForce patches a try. I want to be fair to the product so i'm going to give it a full 90 days
I'm going with the following patches, HGH Powerpatch, Testo/100 and the Fat burner.

A little background
Several years ago i peaked at around 260lbs. I worked out but my diet was all wrong. Since then I've tried a
variety of nutrition plans and found that Intermittent fasting 16/8hrs works best with my lifestyle and goals. 21
i'm currently 215lb and 12-15% body fat. My goal is to get to around 205-210lbs and 8-9% body fat. i'm hoping
these patches will get me there.

i weight train 4-5 days per week and aim for 20 sets per muscle group. My cardio consist almost entirely
of high-intensity stuff like Muay Thai kickboxing and sprinting. I will however be cycling a little more in
preparation for a fund raising ride i'll be participating in July 19th.

I eat healthy. Chicken, beef, fish, green heavy protein drinks etc. I probably consume more cheese
than I should and I have a thing for peanut butter. but overall i generally stay away from bread, alcohol and
soda. The sugar in my food is almost entirely from fruit, specifically apples and blueberries which i use
in my protein smoothies.

here is the deal with all of this. I have to see results "as-is". I don't want change my eating habits. Otherwise
how do I know the patches are giving me the results and not the change in diet?

I will try to post workout and meal log regularly if not daily.

I figured i'm not going to see any real results for at least 30 days. The instructions on the package say 6 days on 4 day off. Today would be the 4th day off for me so I start the second round of patching tomorrow. During the 4 day's off I basically stuck with a product called Noxitropin and Recompadrol. I'll cycle those with the patches. of note, I am 2 lbs light today :)

The test and fat burner patch are fairly fast acting. (5-8days)

no perceivable difference for week 2 other than the fat burner patch burn near my belly button LOL. I will admit that I had a bit of set back week2 though. I went on a last minute vacation for 4 days and didn't eat as well as I could have but on the bright side i've been sleeping great which is a big deal for me given that I've always been a bad sleeper and that fact alone probably mucked with my testo production over the years. Just a guess though, i'm not an expert in this area.

entering week 5. No visible difference from my perspective. however, my Muay Thai sparring has been intense and i've been able to go
harder for longer and keeping up with the younger guys. Also, without any cycling preparation i was able to complete a cycling
fundraiser over the weekend. I went pretty hard for the first 75 out of 80 miles before I finally burned out. I was expecting to maybe
do 40 miles before my legs gave up. Must be the Testo or HGH.

Guys, do you guys know of an accurate way of measuring body fat? i've been using a fat caliper but my results are inconclusive at best, sometimes 11%, sometimes 15%.
I'm starting to notice strength differences, I pulled out 10 pull-ups for the first time in 20 years...hell ya :) and I managed to
squeeze out 5 squats @ 215. I've stayed away from the heavy squats do to an old knee injury but i've been feeling so good lately i decided to add a little more
weight.

Great job on the pull ups and sqts! There are places that do bf test in the water. This tells you your lean muscle and bf and is supposed to be very accurate.

I'm starting to notice strength differences in my Squat and deadlift and also my shoulders are leaning out really nice,
I would say the fat burner is working but i'm not sure if the strength difference is do to the Testo or the HGH. So
what i've decided to do for month 2 is to just go with the fat burner + HGH patch and leave out the testo.
see what i get from that.
