hello ageforce blogger,
I decided to give the AgeForce patches a try. I want to be fair to the product so i'm going to give it a full 90 days
I'm going with the following patches, HGH Powerpatch, Testo/100 and the Fat burner.
A little background
Several years ago i peaked at around 260lbs. I worked out but my diet was all wrong. Since then I've tried a
variety of nutrition plans and found that Intermittent fasting 16/8hrs works best with my lifestyle and goals. 21
i'm currently 215lb and 12-15% body fat. My goal is to get to around 205-210lbs and 8-9% body fat. i'm hoping
these patches will get me there.
i weight train 4-5 days per week and aim for 20 sets per muscle group. My cardio consist almost entirely
of high-intensity stuff like Muay Thai kickboxing and sprinting. I will however be cycling a little more in
preparation for a fund raising ride i'll be participating in July 19th.
I eat healthy. Chicken, beef, fish, green heavy protein drinks etc. I probably consume more cheese
than I should and I have a thing for peanut butter. but overall i generally stay away from bread, alcohol and
soda. The sugar in my food is almost entirely from fruit, specifically apples and blueberries which i use
in my protein smoothies.
here is the deal with all of this. I have to see results "as-is". I don't want change my eating habits. Otherwise
how do I know the patches are giving me the results and not the change in diet?
I will try to post workout and meal log regularly if not daily.
