Should I wait the pills to fully disolve?

The directions on the bottles of my 4-AD and 1-Andro say to hold for 30 seconds, then swallow, but in another thread I've read it's best to hold the pills in your mouth until they fully dissolve. Is that so? And doesn't it matter if they are under my tongue or?

Under your tongue does help and there will be a limit to the length of time increasing up take sublingually so what dissolved will simply go into the stomach still. Long story short hold them under your tongue as long as you can for best results.
