I'm looking to do my first cycle of PHs.
Been researching for awhile, and this looks to be a good first step.
I don't expect anything crazy from this but am looking to gain some decent lean mass without fat gain, as well as hoping for some decent strength gains.
I have two of each, Decavol, 1Andro, 4-Ad, Plus Arom-x. Most people seem to think that 3-4 weeks is when DHEA products really start to kick in, so I'm looking to do a 6-8 week run.
If 8 weeks I'd just go two of each a day, evenly spread out.
However I was considering running 6 weeks, with a higher dose. As I only have 120 of each, I'd set it up as such
Decavol: 2/3/3/3/3/3
Andro 1: 2/3/3/3/3/3
4-AD: 2/3/3/3/3/3
PCT
Arom-x 3/3/3/3
DAA : 3/3/3/3
Rev Black PCT: 1/1/1/1
I'd run CEL Cycle assist through out, just in case.
Also have erase on hand, just in case 4-AD aromatizes too much for me.
Have torem on hand as well for PCT if needed.
I always have the following supps and plan on continuing them during:
Whey
Creatine
Multi
Fish Oil
Creatine
BCAAs
Various preworkouts/powders
Forgot to mention stats.
I am 23, 5'10" 192 lbs, 11-13% body fat
1RM
bench: 265
Squat: 345
Deadlift: 450
Press: 175
Any input/critiques would be appreciated. Looking to get as much as I can from this run.
