Decavol RDE vs. DecaSARM

Which one is better to stack with 4-Ad for a recomp? Is DecaSarm basically a stronger version?

I would run decasarm solo and decavol stacked with 4 ad

Decasarm is not a stronger version of decavol. Decavol converts to nadrolone. With decasarm the conversion to nadrolone is blocked in order for it to be utilized for it's sarm properties.

I wouldn't run decasarm with 4-ad as you would essentially be negating the purpose of it. Out of those two run decavol with the 4-ad. You can run decasarm by itself leading up to or after the cycle.
