  4. i like to ingest around 30 grams of carbs during my workout along with 20-30 g of essential amino acids. then i have a meal about an hour after i workout

    i dont personally feel the need to cram more down my system. it would only make me uncomfortable

    i usually use maltodextrini am not a fan of waxy maize. it doesnt dissolve in my drink and its like drinking corn starch. hell it is corn starch
