i like to ingest around 30 grams of carbs during my workout along with 20-30 g of essential amino acids. then i have a meal about an hour after i workout
i dont personally feel the need to cram more down my system. it would only make me uncomfortable

PA what source r u getting ur intra carbs from?
I'm no getting any intra workout carbs
