PA - resveratrol va pterostilbene

Patrick,

I know you are a proponent of resveratrol and have done a lot of research along side with the R-spray.

Since I am already using 2 sprays (Ur and Pr) I am looking into the best oral (or whatver) option.

There's all sorts out there...micronized, some with absorption enhancers, blah, blah. Also, recently came across pterostilbene (dimethyl resveratrol) which looks interesting.

What's the best bet in your opinion?

i am not sure if pterostilbene shares all of resveratrols physiological benefits. i know it shares some of them

This is old and not a comparison, but it made some companies mad lol. I haven't really followed up on the research since that time, but i've followed resveratrol research fairly closely.

Supplement companies who marketed it for that purpose. Legal action was threatened. I lold.

That's what they were saying, but I don't think they ever actually got one. It was a product that wasn't even launched at the time and I was unaware anyone was even developing it.
