Kinda off topic, but I was wondering what your opinion is as to the effect of using a jacuzzi, steam room or sauna immediately post workout has on muscle growth after weights, on fat loss after cardio, and on general health. Is it better to wait 20-30 min before using a jacuzzi, steam room or sauna?

Ice/cold water baths, or jumping in an unheated pools in the winter time as i like to do, for 5 minutes post workout helps recovery and soreness. Im pretty sure that it is better to wait at least 20-30 min post workout so as to not shock your body and potentially hurt your heart. Do you think that jumping into the jacuzzi for 10-15min immediately after you take your cold water bath would hinder or hinder your recovery process?
