I first heard about this plant several months ago while doing some research on lowering my blood pressure (averaged around 140/101). I started taking a 98.8% extract along with a pretty high dose of taurine and in a fairly short time my BP became normalized and remains so now (averages around 115/76). The other main benefit i have from it is some of the awesomest sleep i have had in a long time. There are, of course, many wild claims about this plant which may or may not be true.
Just wondering if Dr. D has any insight or additional information which might substantiate some of the several claimed benefits.
