I hear what you are saying. My A1C is 5.7 which is borderline prediabetic (type 2). I have had problems getting below 10.6% body fat and recently tried something called Chromium Picolinate that made me very tired and gave me head aches. I'm not going to try Recompadrol. Next stop will be actual drugs. But I did start this diet. I want to try...

One size does not fit all: There are many whose insulin sensitivity isn't 110% and cannot and should not consume >75g carbs/day. Where do these folks fit in as far as recomping? At best, carb cycling? Perhaps those on AAS can consume larger amount of carbs because of increased insulin sensitivity from the drugs, but not someone who is natty and...

I don't know man...lol as a natural I don't see how you could possibly be doing 50 sets for legs twice a week unless you're a teenager. I can fatigue my muscles to absolute failure to where it's hard to walk after one set. Personally if it takes you 50 sets to work a muscle are you honestly training hard enough? Something doesn't sound right here....

i agree. i usually aim for 10 sets alone on squats and then i do leg press and extensions. stiff leg deadlifts or normal deadlifts and leg curls etc on single workout. i workout legs twice a week. So technically i do that 20 sets easily in half week. most likely will get 20-50 sets on one week. Going by the feeling so it really changes. Keeping...

by Tony Bonvechio T-Nation Here's what you need to know... Big triceps won't help you if you can't break through the sticking point off the chest. So stop it with the board press and floor press and work on your incline and overhead press. Big traps and strong scapular retractors are more important than the lats for a solid bench press...
