    The goal is to educate not to argue. You still refuse to provide any reference to your ideologue as fact is well documented and easy to obtain.     We can get 3 mg and 5 mg in Europa. So the ban must be banned :) Personally I only sleep when take 6 mg about 60 minutes before bed time. Less doesn't do anything and more keeps me awake and makes me dream like crazy when I finally fall a sleep.

    Not to split hairs, but it isn't a conspiracy, with the pharmaceutical companies trying to prevent us from having effective products. Most of the time the "supplement" was not compliant with the law (DSHEA), and therefore was never a legal supplement in the first place.
