Yea guys you keep forgetting steroids don't work. They do nothing. It's all hard work, training and commitment. I mean they're used to promote muscle growth in AIDS and cancer patients as well as other wasting diseases but why does that matter? It doesn't. Hell if Jay Cutler stopped using gear today he would still be just as big and muscular even...

Don't know where you got that figure. AFAIK nearly all smokers past 50 get it. It's not always detectable though. My doc diagnosed me with it almost 5 years ago and I quit smoking immediately at that time. I was tested for it subsequently but the tests didn't pick it up, probably due to my fitness regime, which has continued unabated to this day....

Very helpful article. Good info w.r.t. bar path, it implies economy in the movement, which might seem counterintuitive but it's all about ergonomics. Yes a straight bar path is more efficient from a strictly physics point of view, but the fact is our bodies aren't made to move that way. If they were we would all train bench on a smith machine.

Not your fault, you didn't write the article. Just the same, I'd be careful with the nicotine. It's extremely addictive. Lots of guys get hooked on chewing tobacco, which causes a host of problems. I was a smoker for a long time so I can vouch that nicotine certainly does decrease appetite, however, IMO it's just too dangerous to use.

Nicotine is extremely addictive, and COPD is inevitable for smokers. For those who don't know, COPD is incurable and 100% fatal. This author needs a size 10 where the sun don't shine for suggesting ex smokers use nicotine. An ex smoker who uses nicotine is almost guaranteed to take up smoking again. Readers be warned, follow this advice at your...

This also works in NON smokers. Ergo-Log reported this a while ago that Nicotine + caffiene + fat loss. The new stack is am pushing is the ECN stack. Ephedra + caffiene + Nicotine = killer cut stack. i am using it now and Nicotine seems to amplify Ephedra appetite suppression ALOT.
