    Just wondering how much water you guys consume on a daily basis. Me: 6'2 220 lean body mass 192. I drink just shy of a gallon of water a day. With work i walk 5-6 miles a day. Thoughts?

  9. Just recently rejoined the gallon club. I was getting bad headaches, those have gone away now.
