So how much testosterone pecentage is actually increased by lifting heavy?

Read that all the time in those How to increase your T........ But seems the studies use young guys, 20s-30.

How about over 40 or over 50? Anyone done a study? Is it 5,10,15,20%,etc ?

Presume it has to be heavy leg workouts- squats, deadlifts, maybe leg press. Largest muscles and all that.

There is no defined amount because there are so many other variables in play and everyone is different. In general, heavy lifting can increase testosterone by a moderate amount provided nothing else is wrong. Sleep is the most important thing to increasing natural levels.
