Well, we are all different and respond different.....But, I can share with you my journey. I'm 40 and was diagnosed with low test. My TT was lower than yours (<300). I'm on 200mg of cypionate per week and now my TT is at 856. You may go well beyond 900 and you may not. If you aren't comfortable starting at 200mg then start at 150mg and assess where you are at in 4-5 weeks. Your estradiol is within a normal healthy range. Understand that when you inject test your estradiol will most likely increase, as well as your hematocrit, hemoglobin, etc. So, just be aware of these things. Start at 150mg and then assess in 4-5 weeks and if you are not where you want to feel (benefit wise) jack it up to 200mg.

I am pretry sure I'm gonna do it. Doc wants me back in 8 weeks for blood test but said I can get blood work sooner if I want. Need to talk to him about splitting my doses up to twice a week.

Any benefit to splitting up my anastrozole? He has me taking it once 24 hours after dosing?

You don't need his permission to dose twice per week; just dose twice per week.

The only thing that I see in your bloodwork is your E2 being at 20. If mine drops that low I start to see some ED and libido loss.

If you start TRT it's best to start at a lower dose and move up based on bloodwork. I'd say start at 50 mg E3.5 days with no Anastrozole use. Test at 8 weeks and see where both free and total testosterone is as well as E2. Decide your next move after.

It's a hard call. In this case I would think about it like this:
a) Do you feel any sides? If you don't have any sides (energy, mood, libido, etc.) then you can ignore the numbers.
b) Do you want the boost of being on TRT?
c) Do you want the consequences of being on (can't compete in sports, possible -but remote IMO- health risk?

We can't answer these questions for you unfortunately.
