I have trained for years but after the Navy in 06 I got married so I got fat. I know my transformation is not very good but my wife feels that I should share it. You guys are my heroes, I want to be built like you guys when I am your ages.
I ate as clean as I could afford. I used ostarine at 12.5 a day, for 6 weeks.
