    Hi I am 41 years old 230lb 13% fat, about to finish a cycle of:
    4 IU of hgh
    1-8 week prop/tren 300/300
    6-10 week prop/mast 450/300
    10-12 prop 300

    Will finish next week. now I wanna start again in March continuing till mid may or end so another 10-12 week cycle and will take the rest of the year off for business reasons. I heard a lot of positive and negative things about bridging and also about different ways,
    Ok what I think I will continue hgh till end of May anyways)
    1) stop next week start hcg and nolva ( normal PCT) and start igf-1 lr3 and mgf till march with supplements ( creatine. Tribulis, etc)
    2) continue prop 200/week till March and start the cycle and take hcg 1500one a week for testicle.
    All option and advices are open but need them fast thanx


  2. My rationale:
    There is cycling.
    There is TRT.

    My recommend: PCT, wait the appropriate cycle+pct=time off, cycle again.
    If you bridge and remain suppressed that long, you will end up on TRT soon enough, and THEN, there will be no worries of bridging or PCT. So this is also not a bad way to go.

  3. Thanx even thou I will start march I won't wait for cycle + PCT= time off cause I had a 12 week cycle but will only stop for a month and half

    You are free to do as you wish of course. The common practice of time on=time off is thought to be a bare minimum. Its easy to make big plans while "on" but eventually you have to come off and see how close/far your body can get you on its own. I'm glad I made this last one a short run because I'm a month out of pct and still not even close to where I'd like to be.

  5. Thanx really appreciate your advice will get off and start recovering hopefully with a good diet and workout will stay in good shape that my mind won't convince me to jump to another cycle )

  6. What is normal pct your referring to? I ask only because you listed tribulus, and IMO i find it a pretty worthless supp.

    HCG 500 ed for 10 days
    Nolva 40 ed
    The supplements I just add to help the process I have them in stock so just guessed its a good time to take them
    And I am continuing hgh 4 IU 5/week

  9. could just cruise on test e/c 100-200 a week until your next cycle... not suggesting it, but just mentinoing it
