    So I'm at an age where I'm thinking stuff it I've had my life lets go wild I've been there and done it so why not through caution to the wind really go for it no blood works or doctors just let's see what can be done is any body of the same opinion . Or am I just having a senior moment lol.

  2. At our age I think it's better to keep a watchful eye on the body. Get bloods and plan cycles for feedback as to issues that may be cropping up. It's better to catch a problem early than wait until its too late.

  3. I'm 56 haven't seen a doctor in over 2 decades.
    JUst started working out again after a decade of massive amounts of beer.
    I'm just gonna go for it,I wanna bulk to a solid 250 lbs,I'm a fat 230 right now.
    I don't advise this for most men my age,but I'm not like most men my age.
