Not sure if this is the correct place for this, if not I appologize.
I'm 48 years old and been lifting since college. Still very strong and typically lift heavy with higher volume currently 5 10 228 probably 18% BF guessing.....But as age catches up with me I have less time and slower metabolism. So I'm looking for some help to shed some fat and hold onto or gain muscle if possible. At my age is the andro series acceptable? Is ther something better for my age? I haven't done PH or anything in the past so I'm looking for something on the safe side if there is such a thing. Any advice would be appreciated.
