Over 50 Stack Suggestions

    Over 50 Stack Suggestions


    For all you over 50 lifters, what oral stacks do you recommend? I've been lifting for over 5 years, have one PH cycle finished and need to start planning my next. Goals are still to bulk since I'm 5' 6" and 162 lbs. Thanks.

    Bro, my situation is not that different than yours. The best Oral legal OTCs , IMHO, are DMZ and HDrol. I understand that Methyl Sten is pretty good, but I don't have experience. Epistane is OK, too.

    I am 48 and have done may PH cycles and PCTs. And they worked, but the length of "on" time is so short to make great progress.

    So I am trying a longer cycle 12 wks of 200 mg Test-E and 100 mg Deca. I am 3 weeks in, and feeling great, like I can make steady gains for the 12 weeks. I am prepared to up the dose, especially around the 8 week mark, and perhaps throw in some Sd or DMZ at the eight week mark. I jump started with a bit of SD or DMZ on workout days, as in one 10mg Sdrol pill pre-wo, or one 15 mg DMZ pre-workout. SD is off the market, as you may know.

    I try to stay away from "stacking".

    Things that I use to "cycle" responsibly ...

    1. Epistane
    2. Ultradrol
    3. Ostarine
    4. IGF-1 (it's just insanely easy to run these cycles even though it's injectable)

    Other things I use ...

    1. DAA
    2. A cycled test booster stack consisting of Tongkat Ali (200:1), Tribulus (90%), Horny Goat Weed, Vitamin C, Zinc, and Magnesium.
    3. Butcher's Broom (for vascular health)
    4. A L-Carnatine
    5. Carnasine and DMAE
    6. Alpha Lipoic
    7. Ephedrine HCL
    8. Alpha Yohimbine and Yohimbine HCL
    9. Caffeine

    I've been getting health benefits I can see and feel from these....

    Panax Ginseng
    Alpha GPC
    HYALURONIC acid
    Ginko
    Bromelain

    The important point is not all supp companies are the same. Most are poor for some reason and I don't feel any benefits therefore its easy to write them off and say you don't feel anything.
    NOW, is one of the few companies I get results from.

    Sorry to beat a dead horse over and over but...spend the money and time on getting the food situation figured out champ. Weighing 165 lbs just tells me this area needs attention first. Learn how to gain solid and clean weight consistently this way and you will be shocked. No amount of stacks will keep size on when the calories aren't there.

    Thanks AZ. Been steadily gaining. In 2008 I was 135 lbs. Started getting serious about my lifting workouts. I'm at 165 now and I'm still killing it as best I can. Feel free to look at my logs and make any suggestions. You are one of the few I value suggestions from. Best to you.

    It's not rocket science KP. You just need more calories in the mix than you are eating/expending if the weight isn't moving. I prefer eating clean but dirty can bring gains no doubt. Example: My son decided he wanted to compete in power lifting and we started the Wendler template in december with a major food infusion. He has added 20 lbs since then...on a cycle of creatine. Lol

    In my mind, the food is the hardest part of this whole quest.

    200mg EW of test cyp, 200mg Deca, (you can add some NPP to kick start your deca) for 12 weeks and finish last four weeks with Anavar at 50mg ED to harden you up. Add your AI and either Caber or Bromo for prolactin.

    After your last pin add HCG at 250iu ED for 21 days to kick start your PCT and clear the ester out of your system.

    Start PCT
    Clomid 50/50/25/25
    DAA powder
