    41 lacking Libido, erection strength and sexual endurance....Help


    I had blood work done and my total test was in the mid 300's and I have had no Libido or sex drive in a long time. I eat well and work out 5 days a week. I just want to be better in the sack and please my girl. I have been doing some reading here and have ordered some sups.

    Here is what I'm going to try to raise my test, and try to kick start my sex life again.

    I'm going with these sups stacked.

    DAA
    Erase pro
    Endosurge
    Goji berry Extract 4:1
    I may add some Inhibit-p to the mix but I'm not sure if that is over kill with the Endosurge

    I need your input on this stack, I think it will do the trick but need to know what would be the best way to dose it as well including timings.
    I think I'm going to go this route unless you know a better one.

    DAA 3g (timing)?
    Erase pro 2 caps a day (timing)?
    Endosurge 2 caps a day (timing)?
    Goji Berry 600mg per cap 4x a day.

    Should I add Inhibit-p to fight prolactin?

    I wouldn't do 2 caps of erase pro that will destroy your libido guaranteed, just go one.(1 EP = 3 regular erase)

    I would just do the 4 you listed, if that's going good you could try adding inhibit p

    Take the DAA 3g per day whenever. As the other poster suggested, Erase Pro 1 pill ED or EOD (be careful with this one because of the effects of low estrogen - joint pain, low libido). The Endosurge I'd take 3 times per day evenly spaced out (3-6 pills) and I'd save the Inhibit-P for another run as this would be overload on the Dopa. Not sure about the Goji as I've never used it. I'm the same age as you and currently on a similar stack (Erase, DAA, Endosurge) and have had pretty decent results (had to pulse the Erase due to joint issues). I will probably try the inhibit-p next time as I'm not feeling much from the Divinil in the Endo. Getting Cialis from a reputable research chem will put this stack over the top.

    I take SNS DAA 3g in the morning with 2 Perform and 2 Perform at bed or maybe 4 Perform 30 min before sex (not getting any right now while deployed). out of eveyrhting I have tried DAA/Perform is my favorite. Tried Endo but thought Perform was better and cheaper.

    Thanks I will check it out. I should get my DAA and Erase this week. I'm also going back to my Dr's next week. So I may wait to see what she says before I start. I also have very low Vitamin D but I'm not sure if that could be an issue or not.

    total test in mid 300s should be fine in and of itself for sexual performance. So what you really should do is get the rest of the hormones tested - E2, DHT, SHBG, LH, FSH. That way you try to deal with the direct issue. For reference sake, i was able to perform sexually fine with total testosterone in the 240-260 range even coupled with high E2. So the rest of the details are important.

    Also though, when you say "I eat well", what does that mean? Eating low fat is what some people consider well, but that also hurts hormone production. comically, going too low in carbs also can.

    Thanks for the advice, I will see if my DR will test for those other Hormones. I have a new DR and this will be my first meeting with her, so I'm not sure how she handles these things yet. But I do know something is amiss. I can perform just not as well as I could no stamina and drive etc... and my libido is gone. I just don't feel right if you know what I mean. My diet is high in protein low in carbs, maybe that's an issue. I eat good fats, almonds, walnuts and avocado with most meals. I eat 5-7 small meals a day. I have maybe one cheat day a week, I'm trying to stay cut or become more cut so who knows that could be an issue. But I haven't felt good in 10 years and I'm just now trying to get to the bottom of it. In fact I'm tired of feeling like Ass! haha. I work out 5 days a week maybe 6 if I can. I also buy mostly organic foods too. So I guess that's what I mean by eating well.

    adding some fruit carbs from whole fruits probably isn't a bad idea. You can also try taking a couple tablespoons of cocounut oil later in the evening near bedtime. But definitely get as thorough of a hormone panel as you can, particularly before starting DAA or any of the others. It will help give a better picture.

    Thanks I will try these too. I'm going to hold off a bit before taking all these sups.

    I just went to my new Dr today and she is sending me to a Urologist, we are also going to take more blood tests and hopefully they find something. I do know my cholesterol runs high and I have had Vitamin D deficiencies for the past few years or longer. So that could be an issue. I guess the best thing to do right now is see what the Urologist says and finds. That way I will know what's causing the issue. Then I can start taking my sups once I know how to treat it.


    Where do you usually find Coconut oil?

    Hows your stress? You are 41 years old and workout 5 days a week, on top of work (I would guess you work) that and the general monkey wrenches thrown at us from life can cause stress.

    I like a little pt-141 and a couple of manpowers v/c combo's thrown in once in awhile but boy do they give me heartburn.

    Stress, yeah I have had my share for sure. I do work and it can be stressful at times but not sure what you can do about it. I don't know if I feel it or not. I'm used to it I guess. But who knows.

    haha this place won't let me post a link for you on pt-141 untill I have 150 post's. That will probably never happen. I guess you need to google it.
    You can get it from a number of reputable peptide places and its pretty cheap but you will also need bac water and insulin syringes.
    The v/c combo is viagra and cialis from manpower nutrition.

    You are probably just used to it, like you said. there is not a lot you can do about the stress at work except try to let it go after you punch out but I would limit my training to 3 days a week.

    most of your hormones are made from cholesterol. a low cholesterol is more of an indicator towards low T than high cholesterol is

    oh for sure, you could be getting more aromatase and conversion to estrogen for one thing. I just wanted to point out that the LDL is the substrate for hormone production, and so diets too low in saturated fat are a bad idea just due to limiting your hormones.

    Interesting, I do notice that my hair is thinning more and my hairline is moving north more and more haha. So do you suggest eating more saturated fats as well? I do eat low saturated fats I tend to eat walnuts, almonds, avocados, fish oil, pumpkin seeds etc to get my fats. I guess trying coconut oil might work because that is very high in saturated fats. But aren't sat fats voodoo!! I mean bad for the heart etc... I guess all in moderation.

    I have also noticed that I retain water more as well. Kind of like bloated at times. High Estrogen maybe? This would also cause a lack of libido correct?

    and read it. Saturated fat in and of itself, and even high cholesterol levels in and of themselves do not show increased mortality rates in the absence of high triglyceride levels. We're still all suffering under the disastrous non-science that created the american heart association diet and we're paying the consequences.

    Heart health wise you'd be 10x better off never eating a carb from any grain and only from whole fruits and root vegetables, and having 40% of your calories from fat.

    Very cool I will have to check that out. I tend to stay away from (bad)carbs I guess, for the most part I eat veggies and for bread I eat Ezekiel bread. I do like sweet potatos and some wheat pasta at times. I do have an apple a day for fruit. I'm trying to get cut so maybe I need to rework my diet at times.

    Just an update, I saw the Urologist today, he said my free test was in normal range. I didn't see the numbers yet they will be mailed to me I hope. He want's me to get an ultra sound done to check blood flow down there. He also gave me some viagra to try... Not sure how that will help with my libido. I see him again Nov 14th for a follow up. So round and round we go and still no answers. I guess I should demand full test on all of my hormones etc... I have held off on the sups for now but I'm tired of waiting. I want to see if they help but I will hold off some more.

    ask to see your blood work. What he deems normal and what it is normal for you could be two different things.

    if the numbers don't show low test, then its not low test. This is silver bullet syndrome, you have an answer that you think will fix everything so you want to try to bend reality so that the silver bullet will work.

    Wait till you see the results and find out what he tested. Try the viagra. Then go from there. Stress + lack of sleep are the 2 biggest causes of libido drop / sexual dysfunction in men.

    In my opinion I'm on the very low side of a lot of these ranges and that doesn't sit well with me. Of course the DR's will say you look normal yada yada but I know I don't feel normal. Maybe I need to be at the higher end of some of these ranges to feel right??

    I feel like it's when the DR will tell you you're obese because your BMI is high. When in reality you have a 6 pack and 18 inch arms... JOKE

    but those aren't low. The range is the NORMAL range. 481 for total testosterone is totally fine and there is no way that is a cause for ED. There are pro athletes with that for a testosterone level. Without seeing estrogen, prolactin and maybe dht, i'd say that horomones don't appear to have anything to do with your issues.
