    hi guys im 41 have been training 26yrs few breaks on and off
    ht 5.7
    wt 84kg fairly lean not sure of % body fat

    sq 150kg 4 reps
    bench 120kg 2 reps
    dead lift 200kg 3 reps

    i have decided after a long chat with myself i want to do my 1st course
    heres the course

    alpha pharma test prop 1ml/100mg every 2nd day

    schering primo 1ml/100mg 3 times per week to increase to 400mg per week on week 4 of an 8 week cycle

    hcg i was going to introduce small amounts from week 6 and 3 days after course finish i was going to take 2000iu 3 days later followed by 1000iu a further 5 days on and 1000iu again 5 days later
    tamoxifen on hand in case of any gyno probs and after course 1 20mg tablet every 2nd day for 14 days.any thoughts??thanks guys

    Of course my first question shall be: Is English your first language?

    Ummm.... Okay... you would like to do some sort of cycle.
    You mentioned Test Prop... aka Testosterone Propionate.. Why test prop? It hurts like a mother Pucker. No access to Test Cyp?
    What on God's green earth is schering primo? Primobolan?
    If it's your first cycle, why not just run the test by itself and see how things go?
    Start with test, then as time goes on, add other stuff.... like tren, eq, or some random methy.

    That's just my take on the whole thing.

    1st language is English sorry i wasnt a bit clearer,my choice of test propionate...i have heard it is a sore injection but my choice is based around the fact that it stays in the system for a short time hence injection every 2nd day,i got very bad acne as a teenager (chest area) and in case of a bad reaction i can stop and it wont stay to long in the body as with cyp of enan cud be a while before symtoms show and a long time before its out of my system leaving me with possibly my acne nightmare again.The primo is primobolan viles made by Schering Plough and again my choice is aimed at wont stay long in my system and its not associated with heavy sides ACNE...Thanks again for your thoughts....hope this is a bit clearer let me know whats your thoughts guys.....i will post stats, progress, lifts in general how its going Thanks again

    I kinda figured you were typing on a phone or something, and had to do the short hand thing..

    My preference is to use cyp and enan up until the last 2 weeks, then switch over to prop. I just hate feeling like a voodoo doll, pinning all the time. The less injections, the better. I've got so much scar tissue built up thanks to prop, it's not funny. Every year, when I get my flu shot, the nurse comments on the force she has to use to bust into that mess.

    It's been a while since I did a cycle, but oh yeah... I'd get those mega black heads from hell, all over my chest, and sometimes my back. I'm glad they stayed off my face. What's a little acne?

    Anyhow, I hope all goes well. You've got your PCT all lined up and ready to go, right?

    yeah tt have pct ready hcg small amounts from week 6 then 3 days after last shot 2000iu followed by 1000iu 5 days later then finish hcg 5 days later with another 1000iu.then day one after i finish the last shot tamoxifen 20mg every 2nd day for 14 days how dus that look?
    saw your post that your just back after a long break i dont know much about steriods but i do know quite a bit about training
    few thoughts if your finding it hard to get into gear drs loads of pre-workout drinks available that boost your energy leavels before you hit the gym,
    keep your sessions short ease yourself into it dont shook the muscels to much until your back in your stride.
    If you could a training partner would be a big help especialy on dous lazy days maybe theres somebody in the gym just looking for an experianced guy like you to train with one would help the other
    also one super duper thing that all us guys who have put in the hours in the gym in the past is muscle memory it wont be long you will bounce back best of luck.........v69

    thanks for the thoughts knobkrick goin to stick with prop 100mg every other day also as i was tinkin hcg i was going to take about 5000iu starting on week six of an 8 week course u tink start hcg on week 8? and how much?also whats your thoughts on the tamoxifen have i the doses right? primobolin 300-400mg per week can i pin the 2 of them together primo and prop in the one barrell?

    Yeah, same barrel.. It's best that way. The less little holes you make in your muscles, the better.

    Just watch how much you put into one place. I could do maybe 1.5 ccs into my arm, and maybe 2.5 or a little more into my quads. I never got the glute thing down though.

    Why tamoxifen? I keep hearing that stuff is bad news. For SERMs, I hear torimefene is the way to go. I haven't run it yet.
    In the past, I've done clomid, and hate what it did to my eyes. I'm like blind in 3 weeks! In a weird sort of way, it contributed to the situation I'm in today.

    I'm a little rusty right now.... I used to run a little letrozole during my test cycles to cut down on bloat. You'll need to look this one up for yourself. It's just been too long for me.

    Somewhere here, lurking about, I posted some tips on pinning. I really should look for it myself some day.

    thanks for the thoughts knobkrick hcg 500iu a day it is then, starting on week 8 and see how the body reacts no point putting in hcg if im fireing on all 6 cylinders ha! tamoxifen looks ok or i can get arimidex which is better?

    same barrel it is tt,if you find that post on pinning let me no real novice here was going to pin shoulders and glutes but like the idea of quads one quad bit smaller than the other even though both got the same amount of exercise through the yrs pinning in that one might help to even them up? do you know a good site i could learn a bit about pinning have a friend to help me but he dusnt pin quads so has no experience either.
    i can get my hands on arimidex if better than tamoxifen for pct ant thoughts?tnks v69

    hi guys started taking 1ml of testosterone propionate lastweek eod big shock to the system yeah tt your right hurts like hell training i have to say overall was poor lastweek due to muscle tenderness diet excellent weight still 84kg may be a little leaner due to increase in protein intake and compleatly cut out all treats junk food,going to introduce the primobolin along with the test propionate this week,muscle tenderness from pinning seems to be settleing down so hopeing for a big week in the gym and maybe some gains!!il keep posting progress thanks guys

    hi guys 3 and a half weeks into my course of test prop and primobolin all going very well no sign of any acne,taking 1 ml of test prop and 1 ml of primobolin eod.. after making some nice lean quaility muscle gains plus lost some unwanted bodyfat,havnt used any anti e yet have anastrozole just in case,one problem scalp is a bit itchy using nizoral shampoo but still bit itchy anyone any ideas? and its not head lice ha! ha! weighted in at 87kg today sq gone up to 180kg for 3 reps DEEP DEEP DEEP bench still stuck around 120kg but i do have a shoulder problem thats holding me back there deadlifts on tomorrow il let you know in the next post guys thanks to tiny toad and knobkrick for your help and sugestions FEELING GREAT V69

    Back to pinning....

    The main thing I learned about pinning (for me) was to make sure I applied pressure to the injection site for a minute or two, so I didn't wind up with bruising. Vitamin C with bioflavinoids was a big help too.

    Make sure you rotate your injection sites. Sometimes I wonder if the pains I have in my shoulders are do to over-pinning. Yeah, quads are great targets. They're big, they'll take a lot, and my quads are my friends!

    I still haven't gotten off my butt to find the post on pinning. Most of the time, I'd pin, right out of the shower, while my skin was at its cleanest, apply some high potency isopropyl alcohol to wipe more of the cooties away, warm my injectibles to like 100 degrees, in a bath of warm water, draw with the 18 gauge, and shoot with the smallest needle that worked.

    Never re-use pins. Forget that cr@p you hear about saving pins in the refrigerator. It's not worth it.
